This ultra low hour (three hours!) robot cell features a Universal Robot UR5 Manipulator Arm with CB3 Controller. It is equipped with a triple module end of arm tool that includes a force/torque sensor, wrist camera, and two finger adaptive gripper. It is simple to program points - simply place your hand on the robot using free-drive mode and move the arm to each desired location - no need to move each joint one at a time from the teach pendant!
This unit can run on 120V power, and is built into a sturdy but lightweight aluminum frame with lockable swivel casters, making this the perfect classroom teaching setup. Or, it can be put into production doing any number of small automation tasks, with it's impressive 5kg capacity, it's ready to hold a large number of tools to get your job done.
