About Us

Hello, I'm Kyle - I've been with the business since 2021, having moved back down to my home area from Traverse City, where I was working in marketing and industrial design. I have a background in theatre design and technology, with a particular emphasis on construction of scenic elements used for stage, television, and film sets. I have many years of experience working with CNC routers, laser cutters, 3D printers, plotters, large scale industrial inkjet printers, robotics, and much more from my past jobs, where I've used all these skills to help design and create unforgettable sets and props. At K. B. Industries, I spend most of my time behind a computer, maintaining our inventory, corresponding with customers, and learning all I can about new equipment on the market. I usually test each individual piece of equipment that comes through our doors, so if I'm not in the office, I'm on the shop floor.
