IT IS INTEGRATED ON A COMMON BASE WITH 2 FANUC M10IA ROBOTS WITH 30IA CONTROLLERS. BOTH
ROBOTS ARE MOUNTED ON THE SAME SIDE OF A ROUND 60" DIAMETER A/B SIDED INDEX TABLE.
THE CELL IS TIED TOGETHER WITH AN ALLEN BRADLEY PLC PANEL AND FLAT SCREEN HMI
ALLEN BRADLEY 600 PANEL VIEW PLUS OPERATORS CONTROL STATION. EACH ROBOT IS EQUIPPED WITH
A FOAMMELT 200 ADHESIVE DISPENSING SYSTEM. THE CELL CAN BE USED AS DESIGNED AS AN ADHESIVE
FOAM DISPENSING MACHINE OR COULD BE CONVERTED TO A DUAL ARM ROBOTIC WELDING CELL OR MANY OTHER
ROBOTIC APPLICATIONS. THE CELL IS COMPLETE WITH FENCING, LIGHT CURTAINS AND THERE ARE FORK POCKETS UNDER
THE BASE OF THE CELL FOR EASY UNLOADING AND MOVING AROUND YOUR PLANT.
