Fanuc LR Mate 200iD Printing and Labeling Cell - R30iB Mate Controller, AB PanelView Plus 1000 HMI, CAB Hermes + Printer

Description

This stand-alone robot cell was used to print, label, and scan syringes, vials, or tubes. It comes equipped with the following major equipment pieces:

- Fanuc LR Mate 200iD
- Fanuc R30iB Mate Controller w/ touch screen teach pendant
- AB PanelView Plus 1000 HMI
- CAB Hermes+ Printer

This unit also includes a motor driven conveyor, an operator station light curtain, multiple door interlocks, a scanning camera and overhead monitor, and more. See pictures for interior components - this cell operates stand alone and could be repurposed for a variety of small item handling. Robot features a dual-arm pneumatic gripper.

This cell would make a great teaching cell setup as well, featuring a four-sided safety enclosure with multiple emergency stops, light curtains, and safety interlocks to provide a safe learning environment. It requires no more than 220V / 3 phase power and an air supply for the pneumatic components.

This cell is ready to ship and has been packaged in a large custom-built wooden crate.
